Our store is hosted on hostinger with wordpress CMS. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

1. Online Store Terms
By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.
You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorized purpose nor may you, in the use of the Service, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).
You must not transmit any worms or viruses or any code of a destructive nature.
A breach or violation of any of the Terms will result in an immediate termination of your Services.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

3. Accuracy, Completeness & Timeliness of Information

4. Booking Confirmation
To confirm your booking, payment must be made through our website via WooCommerce. A booking is only
considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed and a confirmation email has been
sent. Full payment is required at the time of booking. If payment is not completed, the booking will not be
confirmed, and your selected date may become unavailable.

5. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled charter date are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 7-14 days may be eligible for a 50% refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the
charter date are non-refundable. No-shows will not be refunded.

6. Weather and Safety
Charters may be rescheduled or cancelled due to weather conditions or safety concerns. In such cases,
customers will be offered an alternative date or a full refund.

7. Conduct and Responsibility
Passengers are expected to behave respectfully and follow all crew instructions. Atlas Charters reserves the
right to refuse service or remove any passenger whose behavior is disruptive or unsafe.

8. Liability
Atlas Charters is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the charter.
Participation is at the customer’s own risk.

9. Booking / Order Confirmation
To confirm your booking or product order, payment must be completed through our website. A booking or purchase is only considered confirmed once payment is successfully processed and a confirmation email has been sent.

10. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Bookings: Full refund for cancellations made more than 14 days in advance. 50% refund for cancellations within 7–14 days. No refunds for cancellations made less than 7 days prior or for no-shows.
Products: Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery if items are unused and in original condition. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

11. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times depend on location and shipping method. Digital products are delivered upon successful payment.

12. User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully and lawfully when using our website and services. Abuse or unsafe conduct may result in denied service or account suspension.

13. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from use of our website, services, or products.
